So last week I managed to gain 2.2lbs in Cuba.. Although I took my measurements and my arms and thighs were thinner than before I left and the rest of me was the same. So I'm guessing I somehow put on 2lbs of muscle.. I'm not even entirely sure if that is possible, but my arms look great now, so I'm happy.
This week I'm down 1.3lbs, but feeling a little bloated. Don't think I'll be able to make my birthday challenge, but I'll do my best.
Having a breakfast of cold pizza and milk. Very nutritious I know lol But I can't even be bothered to pour a bowl of cereal, this is my lazy day after writing two papers in two days.
