Any advice on getting your body Bikini ready? I would love to wear a bikini at goal but I still feel like I am too wobbly for one even at goal I felt that way. I would really appreciate any advice.
Swimming and pilates. I figured, if you want a great dancer's body you need to dance and develop those muscles.. so by that logic to have a very nice swimmer's body you need to swim! I've been swimming for 40 minutes three times a week and it's trimmed me down significantly. Pilates is great in two ways, it both helps work out your core and it helps to de-stress you, so you don't tend to eat as much :)
great advice re: swimming. it is the best exercise -- enjoyable, zero-impact, and great for the cardiovascular system. i also thought i'd tell you that i found you while absentmindedly searching for cute girls via google ("my new bikini"). i think you are very cute; you were one of only 4 pics i clicked on out of 60. so there you go, sex-pants, you are officially va-va-voom!
I felt like I was sand bagging it today. A big fella in a truck pulled over while I was running and asked, "Are you gonna make it or do you need a ride?." I told him, "I'll be alright" he said, "Okay buddy" and drove off.The South is really weird when it comes to fitness. When people see me running, they stare and yell profanities. When they see me it's like I'm doing something strange they've never seen before. I guess they think I'm either running from the law or my truck ran out of gas. Fitness gurus in The South are treated like they're in some kind of strange cult.I'll never forget the time I was walking getting warmed up for a run and a group of 16 year old girls started making fun of me. Calling me fat, when I turned to look at them I noticed everyone of these girls was grossy obese.

Thanks for the advice I really appreciate it. I am starting jogging/walking today and I am going to try and work in Pilates once to twice a week.
